  All sales are final after shipment of an order. No refunds or exchanges. All prices are in US dollars. Emailed confirmations are sent to your inbox when orders are shipped.

Returns/Exchanges

We do not refund or exchange any product therefore we do not use return labels .

Tracking

Tracking Orders: Orders are tracked through USPS .Tracking numbers are given for every order shipped within 2-3 hrs.

Shipping: We currently ship UPS/USPS depending on the order . In most cases shipping takes 3-5 days after processing. However in some cases allow 7-14 business days for shipment .

Payments are through paypal . We do not accept checks,money orders or cash on delivery.

Merchandise: All merchandise located on the website are sold as is. Prices are subject to change without notice .

Clothing: Some products may change in colors. Sizes are not changed. In many cases clothing may be re-stocked with the same style with a different color.If this occurs customers will be notified before proceeding with the order.If you are not happy with the color change your card will be refunded before shipping the order. Please check sizes and colors before making a selection.

Grocery: All grocery items are dated and shipped with verification of product numbers and expiration dates. We insure that no damage has been made to the product before shipping an order. If an item is not in stock orders may be backordered for delivery.Special Note: When placing orders for chocolates,poultry,meats and some produce we pack with dry ice. We are not responsible for melted chocolates or food that has been delivered and packed accordingly after shipment.It is extremely important to confirm tracking and delivery time for all orders . 

Special Note:Groceries and other products may be bubble wrapped and shipped with a seal covering the top of opening to ensure safety seals are not damaged or opened.

Complimentary Free Gift Cards : Gift cards are only redeemable at the official website and partner stores : HGOutlet / HGO Depot. Coupons may be used once .Cards do not have a expiration date. You may only use one gift card code per transaction. Complimentary gift cards are shipped with every order purchased. You will never recieve duplicate gift cards. There are a few ways to receive a complimentary gift card. (1) Subscribe to our Youtube channel .(2) Request one Free Complimentary Gift Card. (3) Receive a gift card by placing an order.
